The tables present the daily dosages you need in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, but also their percentage of association with the quantities you personally should consume on a daily basis. You will also find a sum of calories, fats, cholesterol, proteins and other nutritional elements.
   The results from elements, the intake of which is equal or greater than 85% of the daily quantity of the specific element recommended for you, appears on a green background. The results from elements, of which the intake ranges between 60% and 84%, appear on an orange background. The results from elements, of which the intake ranges between 40% and 59%, appear on a pale red background, while the results from elements, of which the intake is below 39%, appear on a deep red background.  
    (A relatively wide margine range has been foreseen so as to cover - an average of - the possible slight variations in the food ingredients depending on their source, the exact way in which they have been cooked or also on other factors).
